We lay a good man to rest. Bob was a husband, a father, a brother and a friend. He was a comrade, a mentor, a Christian and a Veteran. Bob touched so many lives with his warm smile and his warm heart and his years of devotion to God’s work in support of all those around him. He will be sorely missed but Bob had something left to do. He told me before he passed that God had visited him and that God had told him he still had a purpose and a mission to do. I’m pretty sure Bob is already about that business even as we speak… I’m sure of it.
I will miss him, we all will miss him.
Praise be to God for taking Bob home. Amen.
